Early December

Despite being a smaller baby, Oliver has grown into a more average size. But true to his genes, his head is big. He's quick to smile and just LOVED me his first few months. He would always watch for me and stare and smile. Like his brother, he's very communicative... but he's more passionate. While Max is sensitive and reactive, Oliver seems to have a stronger will and will let you know when he isn't happy with something. He can get so angry and irritated about something but then immediately change to being happy. That part is very much like me. :)

Mom sent us a Bethlehem star for our porch for Christmas. It was so pretty in the snow and got us started into the season.

For awhile, Max wanted to cook everything with me. "Cook! Cook!"

Having two boys hasn't been too different than having one. I am busier and in high demand, but I seem to get more done that way. Max has adjusted well. At first he was angry with me (as people warned he might be), and that was hard. That only lasted a few days, though, and was our only hiccup. Going out takes a bit longer, but again... not much different. Everything is a bit more... hectic, full, happy.
